Arch Echo play with precision of Prog Metal but have a element of fun about their music. Parts of this album were released over a number of years and yet it is a very cohesive album.
They tried a few different things this album which included vocals which was a great choice.
My favourite is Gold Dust because they build the song around a great riff that builds up with each introduction. The pay off is just perfect. Not many bands can pull something like this off. bunofsteel
